It looks promising. Offline web apps are becoming more and more popular and Firefox is making a right move towards it. I'll be writing a complete review soon, but for now, you can click here.
I am not too sure about moving stuff offline. The most obvious advantage of online apps is that I can access my 'space' from any computer. Moving apps offline means I will have to carry a thumb drive with my files, settings, etc. But I am now curious as to why Mozilla is going offline!
